Posting content
In order to be able to start posting content and earn money, you will need to create an account, then you will be able to create posts by accessing the Create post page, where you can upload any kind of media you want, by either drag and dropping your files onto the text area, or by clicking on the file icon bellow the text area. Nude, pornographic, or sexual content is not allowed.
Subscriptions
Once you get your account created, you will be able to purchase creator subscriptions, send tips and unlock posts using one of our approved payment methods. Once you have a valid subscription to a user, you will also be able to chat with them via the live messenger. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any given time.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be requested by creators at any given time. All transfers are manually approved by the an administrator, as a two factor check.
Reporting a user or a post
In order to report a user or it's content, you can go to that user's profile or post, click on the three dots icon and select report. Our admins will analyze and take action accordingly. You can also block a certain user from seeing your profile or messaging you again.
Billing issues
If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at [email protected]
Complaints
For all complaints, please contact us via the Contact Page. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to the Contact Page.
Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal the removal of such content, please notify us by using our Contact Page. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.
